Shipping: Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. We're a small family operation in Wisconsin, so during busy seasons we may need an extra day or two — but we'll always get your order out as quickly as possible.

Returns: At Rizing Rivers, we stand behind every product we sell—including all SKU variations, colors, and styles. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will provide a full refund if your return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and all returned items must be in their original condition (unused and unaltered) and include proof of purchase (order number/receipt). Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
